Shipping:
All items over $1,000.00 receive free insured two-day shipping within the continental U.S. We also offer international shipping to Canada. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and typically go out one business day after payment is received. For all other international destinations, please contact us before placing your order.
Return Policy:
We stand behind the quality and satisfaction of every purchase made through FNG Design, c/o Féb & Gar Design. Every item is packaged with care and shipped securely.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund or store credit within 30 days. See Items not accepted as “no return” below. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Returns must be fully insured, and must include a copy of the invoice and a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-designed jewelry
- Resized rings
- Discounted or clearance items
- These items are final sale, non-refundable, and sold as is.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate any custom jewelry order. In the event of cancellation, the deposit amount may be issued as store credit at the discretion of Féb & Gar Design. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used within 12 months of issuance.
